
What payment options do I have?
You can pay via Credit Card and (online enabled) Debit Cards, Internet Banking or you can make a Cash Deposit.
For Credit or Debit Card payments you will be directed to our secure third party payment gateway, MyGate. You can read more about this gateway at http://www.mygate.co.za. Once processing is completed you will be redirected back to our site to continue your shopping.
If your card is used for the first time you will have to verify your card as part of the security measures. This is to protect you and ourselves.
For Internet Banking and Cash Deposit, once you order the products you will receive an order number and our banking details in a confirmation email. Use the order number as the reference when you make the payment from your Internet Banking or when you go to the bank for the Cash Deposit.
Please send us a payment notification so that we can send out your parcel as soon as possible. Once your payment or payment notification has been received, your order will be shipped. Notifications can be sent to info@ragenutrition.co.za or faxed to

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if we have not shipped your order yet you can still cancel your order. If we have then normal return policy will apply. If you have placed an order and we haven't received your payment within 3 days then we will send an email reminding you of your order. After day 4 we will cancel the order and re-stock the products. If we receive your payment after the 4 days we will pack and ship your order at no extra charge (stock permitting).
